Ground-Up Commercial New Build
This 10,000 square foot building was constructed in the Southside area of Jacksonville. This was a ground up project where every aspect of the project was handled by SNC, including: the building, parking lot, landscaping, signage and everything in between. It took approximately one year to complete and has become a beautiful space for our client!

Commercial Tenant Improvement
These commercial tenant’s improvements were completed in the Southside area of town. The improvements consisted of a complete renovation of the entire office. The renovation included: the entry of the office, gym, internal offices, kitchen, training areas, cubicles, and more!

Commercial Real Estate Office
This commercial space was completed for a realty company in Fleming Island, Florida. This new office space includes: a handsome reception area, conference room, training room, testing stations, and restrooms. Guests entering this location will be immediately greeted with a very inviting and professional reception area.

Commercial Face Lift
This gorgeous commercial remodel consisted of giving a much-needed face lift to the deli. This modern face lift is both functional and eye-catching. The featured orange subway tile adds a pop of fun to the area and the sleek design incorporated an Oak cladding counter front, Caesar stone tops and stainless steel shelving.

Office Kitchen Area
This commercial kitchen renovation was completed for a reinsurance/human resources firm in Jacksonville Florida. The kitchen area received a much-needed upgrade and is now a space that employees enjoy congregating. Room for multiple tables, ample counter top space, and multiple appliances make this a kitchen area that any employee would be happy to take their lunch!
